Our Process

Storage

We carefully store raw materials like grains in a controlled environment to maintain their quality and ensure a steady production flow.

Milling

Raw materials are ground into fine particles to make it easier to extract starch, which is essential process for bio-ethanol production.

Liquefaction

Water is added to the milled particles to form a slurry. The mixture is heated to break down starch molecules into simpler forms.

Fermentation

Yeast is introduced to the slurry, converting glucose into ethanol and carbon dioxide through a biochemical process.

Distillation

Through distillation, the ethanol is extracted and concentrated to meet the required standards and whole stillage from distillation process is sent for decantation. Extracted Ethanol is processed through MSDH to make Ethanol.

Decantation

Solid/liquid separation is done of whole stillage and liquid of thin slope is sent to Evaporation and semi solid is sent for Drying.

Evaporation

Dewatering of thin slope is done to make thick slope and evaporated vapours are converted to foul condensate to be reprocessed in Condensate Polishing Unit (CPU).

Drying

Mixture of semi solid and thick slope is dried in Dryer and generates Distillers Dried Grain and Solubles (DDGS).

Denaturation

To make the ethanol unfit for human consumption, a small amount of denaturant is added..
